If your teen has shown an interest in learning how to cook or expanding their current knowledge then this is the series for them! They will learn various techniques to prepare Cuisine from different parts of the world from an experienced Chef Instructor. They will then sit down to enjoy their new found knowledge with the other students. Menu: Day 1~Salmon Tacos with Pineapple Salsa~ Shredded Chicken Enchiladas~ Spanish Rice~ Guacamole with Homemade Tortilla Chips. Day 2~Fresh Homemade Pasta~ Pappardelle Pasta with Meat Bolognese~ Linguini Pasta Carbonara ~ Tomato Bruschetta on Toasted Italian Bread. Day 3~ Chicken Satay with Peanut Dipping Sauce ~ Shrimp Pad Thai~ Papaya Salad~ Mango Sticky Rice. Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Turn Up the Heat Culinary! We look forward to sharing hands-on culinary experiences with you. Because class sizes are limited and significant planning goes into every session, please review the cancellation and terms policy below before booking. ​ 1. Reservation and Payment Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your place in a class. Your booking is confirmed only once payment is received. Class reminders and updates will be sent to the email address provided at registration. ​ 2. Cancellation by Participant You may change or cancel your class reservation according to the time frames below: 48 hours or more before class start time: You may cancel your reservation and receive an account credit toward a future class. Less than 48 hours before class start time: We do not offer refunds or account credits for cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start time. No–shows will not receive a refund or credit. Please note: All credits must be used within 12 months from the date of issuance. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred once expired. 3. Transfers and Substitutions If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send someone in your place. The substitute attendee must present the original name on the reservation at check-in. ​ 4. Gift Purchases If you purchased a class as a gift, please ensure the recipient is aware of this cancellation policy. Gift purchases follow the same cancellation and credit terms as regular reservations. ​​ 5. Class Cancellations by the School We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrollment, instructor availability, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If a class is cancelled by us: You will be offered a full refund to your original method of payment or an account credit of equal value. Refunds resulting from school-initiated cancellations will be processed promptly once the decision to cancel is made. ​ 6. No-Refund Policy Except in the case of school-initiated cancellations, we do not offer cash refunds for participant-initiated cancellations. Your payment will instead be retained as an account credit for future use. ​​ 7.
