Parent & Me: California Coastal Feast Cooking Class Our one-day Parent & Me Cooking Class is a fun, hands-on culinary experience designed for one parent (or guardian) and one child to cook side by side. Create delicious memories together in our fun and interactive Parent & Me Cooking Class! This hands-on experience is designed for parents and kids to cook, learn, and enjoy time together in the kitchen. Guided by our chef, you’ll work side-by-side to prepare a delicious California Coastal Feast featuring fresh, flavorful ingredients and family-friendly dishes. It’s the perfect opportunity to learn new cooking skills, explore new flavors, and most importantly, have fun together! Class Details • Date: Sunday, November 8th • Time: 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM • Duration: 2½ hours • Ages: Children 6–17 years old accompanied by a parent or guardian • Price: $85 per parent and $85 per child ($170 per parent/child pair) Menu: • New England Clam Chowder – A creamy, comforting classic • Fish Tacos with Avocado & Tangy Slaw – Fresh, colorful, and full of flavor • Wedge Salad with Bacon & Blue Cheese – Crisp, creamy, and savory • Strawberry Shortcake with Whipped Cream – A sweet and delicious finish to your coastal feast Come ready to cook, laugh, and make memories together! For your comfort and safety, please have long hair pulled back. Beverages We provide coffee and water during class. Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Turn Up the Heat Culinary! We look forward to sharing hands-on culinary experiences with you. Because class sizes are limited and significant planning goes into every session, please review the cancellation and terms policy below before booking. 1. Reservation and Payment Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your place in a class. Your booking is confirmed only once payment is received. Class reminders and updates will be sent to the email address provided at registration. 2. Cancellation by Participant You may change or cancel your class reservation according to the time frames below: 48 hours or more before class start time: You may cancel your reservation and receive an account credit toward a future class. Less than 48 hours before class start time: We do not offer refunds or account credits for cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start time. No–shows will not receive a refund or credit. Please note: All credits must be used within 12 months from the date of issuance. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred once expired. 3. Transfers and Substitutions If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send someone in your place. The substitute attendee must present the original name on the reservation at check-in. 4. Gift Purchases If you purchased a class as a gift, please ensure the recipient is aware of this cancellation policy. Gift purchases follow the same cancellation and credit terms as regular reservations. 5. Class Cancellations by the School We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrollment, instructor availability, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If a class is cancelled by us: You will be offered a full refund to your original method of payment or an account credit of equal value. Refunds resulting from school-initiated cancellations will be processed promptly once the decision to cancel is made. 6. No-Refund Policy Except in the case of school-initiated cancellations, we do not offer cash refunds for participant-initiated cancellations. Your payment will instead be retained as an account credit for future use. 7.
