Cancellation Policy
1. Reservation and Payment Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your place in a class. Your booking is confirmed only once payment is received. 2. Cancellation by Participant You may change or cancel your class reservation according to the time frames below: 48 hours or more before class start time: You may cancel your reservation and receive an account credit toward a future class. Less than 48 hours before class start time: We do not offer refunds or account credits for cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start time. No–shows will not receive a refund or credit. Please note: All credits must be used within 12 months from the date of issuance. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred once expired. 3. Transfers and Substitutions If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send someone in your place. The substitute attendee must present the original name on the reservation at check-in. 4. Gift Purchases If you purchased a class as a gift, please ensure the recipient is aware of this cancellation policy. Gift purchases follow the same cancellation and credit terms as regular reservations. 5. Class Cancellations by the School We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrollment, instructor availability, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If a class is cancelled by us: You will be offered a full refund to your original method of payment or an account credit of equal value. Refunds resulting from school-initiated cancellations will be processed promptly once the decision to cancel is made. 6. No-Refund Policy Except in the case of school-initiated cancellations, we do not offer cash refunds for participant-initiated cancellations. Your payment will instead be retained as an account credit for future use. 7. How to Cancel or Modify a Reservation To cancel or transfer your reservation: • Email: info@turnuptheheatculinary.com • Please include your name, class date, and booking confirmation number. Requests made through social media or phone messages may not be honored unless confirmed in writing. 8. Waiver and Release By registering for a class, you acknowledge that cooking activities involve risks (e.g., heat, sharp tools) and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by instructors. 9. Changes to Policy This policy may be updated periodically. The most current version will always be posted on our website with the effective date indicated above.
